Brewery Yard Business Park is owned and managed by Portaferry Regeneration Ltd. It is located beside the roundabout at the end of Church St in Portaferry, about 2 minutes’ walk from the town centre. It offers a total of 12 business units ranging in size from 231 to 1076 sq ft. Current rental is from £2.75 to £3 + VAT per sq ft. The units are occupied by a range of businesses including retail, services and offices. At present, all units are occupied however expressions of interest are always welcome, as we can keep a record and advise on any potential movement.
