Barholm Self Catering Accommodation

PRL acquired Barholm, a large listed Victorian house, from Queens University who had used it for several years to accommodate students attending field courses at their Marine laboratory next door.  It was extensively refurbished and now offers low cost self catering accommodation to groups, families and individuals alike.  See the Barholm Website

 

Portaferry Marina

Portaferry Marina opened in 1996 offering berths for up to 50 boats.  Some are let on a seasonal basis to local boat owners and a number are reserved for visiting boats.  See the Portaferry Marina Website

 

 

Brewery Yard Business Park

Brewery Yard offers a total of 12 units ranging in size from 231 to 1076 sq ft.  They are occupied by a range of businesses including retail, services and offices.  At present, all units are occupied however expressions of interest are always welcome, as we can keep a record and advise on any potential movement. The Stables

The Stables is located adjacent to Portaferry Castle and is part of the Barholm property.  It is leased by Ards Borough Council and operates as a Tourist Information Centre from April until October each year.  See www.ards-council.gov.uk/visitor-information.
